All teams must be registered on the ZIONE platform before the registration deadline, which is Friday, November 22. Additionally, the registration fee must be fully paid.
- Any changes such as additions or removals of players after the specified date will incur a cost of $15 per player.
- Players can only participate on one team and in one club. If a player wishes to participate in two categories within the same club, there will be a cost of $100 per player.
- It is recommended that each team comes with its coach. If a coach has two teams, the organization can assist. For a third team, the cost will be $100.
- All participating teams must be available for the scheduled game times.
- The tournament will start on Friday at 6 pm, with the last game of the day ending by 10 pm or earlier.
- On Saturday, games will start at 8 am, with the possible final game ending by 9 pm or earlier.
- On Sunday, games will start at 8 am, with the possible final game ending by 3 pm or earlier.
- Registration includes wristbands for players and coaches, and must be completed before the start of the tournament.
- The competition system will be announced on the day the schedules are published.

You can register your team by completing the registration form here! Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately and submit the forms before the registration deadline. Remember, your spot will NOT be confirmed until the registration payment is received in our system.
REGISTRATIONS PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT, EITHER BY BANK TRANSFER, OR THROUGH ONE OF OUR PLATFORMS SUCH AS ZELLE OR WAVE.
The presale of wristbands for visitors and the distribution of wristbands for coaches and players will take place at the Restaurant Wings and Rings South 10th across from La Plaza Mall. Click here to find the address.
The tournament schedule will be posted on our website once finalized. You can also receive updates via email if you are registered for the event. Make sure to check the schedule regularly for any changes or updates.
Yes, there will be a closure event and awards ceremony at the end of the tournament. Details about the time and location will be provided in the tournament schedule. Awards will be given to the top teams and individual performers.
In case of any natural phenomena before or during the tournament, the following measures will be taken:
Sports-Related Decisions:
The decision will be made based on the number of matches played. If there are not enough games to make a decision, the tournament will be postponed to another date for all participants, or, as previously mentioned, registration credit will be given for another event organized by us.
Administrative Decisions:
Due to these events being beyond our control and in order to continue providing service, registrations will be valid for any of our upcoming tournaments or soccer leagues (no refunds will be issued).
Cancellation before the start of the tournament:
100% registration credit for our next event.
Cancellation during the event:
50% registration credit for our next event.
Regarding wristbands:
They cannot be replaced as they are for single use for each event, and the supplier cannot provide replacements.
Note:
It is very important for us to protect the integrity of our athletes and attendees at each of the events we organize. Therefore, based on our experience, we know it is better to postpone the event to avoid higher-risk situations. However, rest assured that we will do everything possible to complete the event.
